Abraham: No Heir

As we introduce our new series, we see how God's gracious provision of an heir through his son Isaac lifted Abraham from desperation to exaltation!  In this account God reveals that His covenant promises are so different from human promises or contracts, and we can definitely rejoice and praise Him for those differences!
