Advent Four: Love Personified

In this fourth Sunday of Advent, we see what Mary at the time could not see in Luke chapter One- God's amazing love.  While Mary knew and expressed in the Magnificat our previous three themes- hope, peace, and joy; God's love can only be fully grasped when we see the wonder of Christmas in light of the cruelty of the cross.  What a privilege for us to know and receive God's love in light of the full scope of His life on earth!
