Jonah 2 - Running from God

While the reasons for Jonah to run from God and His mission for him are not clearly given in the texts, we can see how Jonah would have viewed such a mission as impossible to complete. Jonah was running from God's specific calling, but more than that he was really running from God Himself. This week we explore all the seemingly improbable ways that Jonah's experience resonates with ours.
