In the story of Jesus' encounter with the Samaritan woman of John 4, we see Jesus confronting many of the important issues of our day as well. John's account reveals not only the tensions that are rife in every culture, but also the common solution in every culture, Jesus Himself. In Him we find what we are truly thirsting for!
