We are living in a time of anxiety, loss and disease, and are feeling the powerful effects of “rulers and powers.”  Daniel 7 offers a unique word for our situation.  The Lord, we find, is not far away, as if He is watching from a distance – rather, He is present in our chaos, suffering and confusion.
